DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT HEALTH DEPARTMENT

The Noble County Health Department will comply with all Federal statues relating to nondiscrimination. These include but are not limited to non-discrimination based upon:

race, color, or national origin
sex
handicaps
age
drug abuse alcohol abuse or alcoholism
relating to confidentiality of alcohol and drug abuse patient records
sale, rental or financing of housing
any other nondiscrimination provisions in the specific statute(s) under which application for Federal assistance is being made and the requirements of any other nondiscrimination statue(s) which may apply to the application.
