Sports, School & Employment Physicals
- We offer all physicals by appointment only
- Please bring your physical form supplied to you from your school or
work and your physical exam will be tailored to meet your needs
Physicals are scheduled on Tuesdays only. Three Tuesdays of the month are morning clinics and one Tuesday is an afternoon clinic. Visits are by appointment only and times are subject to change.
