birth to age 21
Well Child visit includes:
- Weight
- Height
- Blood Pressure
- Pulse
- Hemoglobin
- Lead Screening

Immunizations/registry to the statewide immunizations database
- Urinalysis
- Vision & Hearing screenings
- Developmental screenings
Clinics are scheduled on Tuesdays only. Three
Tuesdays of the month are morning clinics and one Tuesday is an
afternoon clinic. Visits are by appointment only, and times are
subject to change.
