Vital Statistics
- Register/file all original birth/death certificates for county
- Issue certified copies of birth/death Certificates for Noble County
- Issue Burial Permits for the County
Prior to 2006 all births/deaths were filed by paper
- Both are now electronically registered
- All copies of birth and death records must be
certified. The certification fee is $20
- To request
a copy of
birth/death records, complete the Request Form for the
appropriate type of certificate. Forms must be accompanied by
the $20 fee for each copy requested (checks made payable to:
Noble County Health Department)
- Requests can be
submitted in person or by mail
