Position: Registered Nurse, Full-time clinic-WIC position. Clinic work will include phlebotomy services; administering pediatric and adult vaccinations; providing direct patient care in well child, women’s health and general clinic setting; presenting public health education in the community. WIC responsibilities include assessing nutritional status; nutrition and breastfeeding support, counseling, and education; and prescribing food packages. Work hours are Monday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will require some evening and weekend on-call rotation. The position has an excellent benefit package, close to home and a pleasant working environment.

Applicant must possess good clinical, communication and computer skills. Minimum qualifications require a valid Ohio driver’s license; have a vehicle for required travel and proof of current vehicular liability coverage. Education requires a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing with a valid Ohio Registered Nurse License and be able to work flexible hours. Position: Ohio Licensed Dietitian - Noble County Health Department is seeking a part time (12 hours each week) Registered Dietitian in the WIC department. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional status, providing nutrition, and breastfeeding counseling and education, prescribing food packages, function as part of the WIC breastfeeding support team, run data reports, complete heights, weights, and laboratory work. Must possess good clinical, communication and computer skills. Experience in maternal and child nutrition including breast feeding preferred.
